Yoga Basics
Yoga Basics is not a gentle class! Yoga Basics is an alignment based class that explores healthy alignment of asanas. Yogis learn the correct use of props and create a deep connection to their proprioception. Fundamental disciplines of pranayama (breath control) and meditation practices are also introduced. Practiced with more vigor than Gentle but at a much slower pace than Vinyasa. Recommended for advanced, intermediate and beginning students alike.
