Flow All

A little something for everyone. Flow all moves at an intermediate pace with plenty of modifications to tone the practice down or turn the intensity up to meet your practice needs that day. This class is intended to be inclusive for yogis of varied athleticism, knowledge of asanas (postures) and experience with yogic philosophy and mediation practices. It is expected that every yogi will modify their practice as needed and join in full support of a non-competitive environment for all.

May not be the most enjoyable class for brand new beginners who are working with injuries/chronic pain.
