“The teacher training with Sarah Sol was an incredible journey. It was challenging and enlightening and my yoga practice has improved ten-fold! What makes Sarah's training unique is her dedication to preparing her students to be ready to teach right out of the program. Yes, this program is hard but the support you get from Sarah and your fellow students is remarkable. I went into this program unsure of whether I would teach or not but Sarah's expertise and compassion helped me find my authentic teaching voice and now I can't imagine NOT teaching! Highly recommend this program..”

Other Expenses

  • Books on the required book list are used in class and for homework. Please acquire the required book list before the first Saturday session. The TT manual is covered by the tuition. Replacement manuals are $75. Required books are listed below.

  • Attendance in class is crucial to this program. The integration of this yoga education happens in the classroom with fellow students and instructors. It is impossible to truly recreate what was lost when someone is absent. That said, life happens, despite best efforts. In the event that you have to miss a session, making up the missed material will often involve booking a private session with Sarah at the student’s expense.
