Chair Flow

Chairs are not just for sitting! This class is for all levels of yogis from brand new beginners to seasoned vinyasers. A chair is incorporated into the Vinyasa Flow All practice in order to subtract pressure from common problematic joints such as the wrists, shoulders and low back. This class moves at a swift cardio vascular pace while also allowing for detailed alignment in several postures. An ideal yoga chair is a sturdy fold-out chair or a dining room chair.
